Objectives

Community Arts Facility:

Develop a professional business plan and marketing strategy required to establish a Community Arts Facility.
Access available grants to achieve the above.
Develop a strategy for the sustainability of the project.

Building and Surrounds:

Research, encourage and develop active, sustainable uses capable of facilitating the maintenance of the fabric of the building and enhance public access.
Highlight, publicise and fund-raise to achieve the above.
Network with all levels of Government and key stakeholders to access available grants and expertise.
